The collection takes its name and its philosophy from the marker pen — that most immediate of drawing instruments. A marker does not hesitate. It commits. It leaves a line that is bold, irreversible, and unmistakably itself. Face à Face has translated this energy into four new frames: POSKA, GAP, SOUL, and TWINE. Each one embodies a different aspect of the marker's character — POSKA's irreverence, GAP's unpredictability, SOUL's laser intensity, and TWINE's emotional color.
The chromatic palette is the collection's most striking feature. Face à Face has developed an exclusive butter yellow that appears across multiple colorways, bringing lilac transparencies to life in a way that feels genuinely new. Fluorescent raspberry provides intensity. Opalescent orange melts into deep stormy blues. These are not colors that ask permission — they announce themselves. And yet, in the hands of Face à Face's designers, they feel wearable rather than costume-y.
The frames themselves are handcrafted in France, carrying the OFG (Origine France Garantie) certification that guarantees all key production stages — shaping, polishing, assembly, finishing — were completed on French soil. This is not a marketing claim; it is a legally verified standard that fewer than 5% of eyewear brands can meet.
