I've been a licensed optician since 1998. I was going to school for interior design and working for an architect when I fell in love with the optical industry — and I never looked back.
I am a lover of all things fashion and design, great furniture but most importantly amazing eyewear. Design that helps us see the world, and affects how people see us.
After managing a couple of optical shops and working for an amazing frame designer, I knew it was time to open my own place. The goal was always to offer the best selection of fashionable, well-made, not mass-produced eyewear — while offering an eye bar experience second to none.
In 2022 my husband, I, and our 2 Maltese moved to New York. After a very needed break, I realized being an optician is who I am. So here we are — a stunning new location in Montgomery, NY. Part luxury optical boutique, part eye bar. Selling products from brands we love, by designers we know, with the personal touch only an independent optician can offer.
